How the LAB510-PA6 Print and Apply System Works
The LAB510-PA6 functions as an industrial label printer applicator, printing variable information immediately before automatically applying each label to the product for an efficient and consistent workflow.
- Step 1: Feed the Product: Products enter the conveyor manually or through the optional automatic feeder.
- Step 2: Print Variable Data: The PA6 thermal printer adds serial numbers, batch codes, expiration dates, barcodes, or other variable information.
- Step 3: Apply the Label: The system automatically applies each printed label to the flat product surface.
The LAB510 can be used as a standalone unit or incorporated in a production conveyor line. Multiple units can be placed in line to form a complete tabbing, labeling, and barcoding system, and can be customized to accommodate specific product size requirements.

Automatic Feeding and Labeling Options
To expand production capabilities further, the LAB510-PA6 supports optional feeding, folding, and tabbing accessories for more specialized automated labeling workflows.
IH510 Automatic Feeding Magazine
The automated feeder is fully stacked to put your products onto the conveyor belt one by one. The input feeder can feed products as thin as paper (min 80 g/sqm). The input feeder is generally part of the LAB510 unit but can also be purchased separately to feed products like papers, cards, boxes, pouches, bags, or any other flat product up to 6 cm height into other machines.
FF500 Envelope Sealer and Flap Folder
The FF500 acts as an automatic flap folder, folding down the flaps of paper and Tyvek CD sleeves or any other type of envelopes as they pass from the hopper onto the LAB510’s conveyor belt. Even the most basic of sleeves can be folded and then secured with the addition of a label tab.
TT500 Label Tabber
This accessory allows the LAB510 to apply and fold sealing tabs/labels around the edge of CD jewel cases and open ends of cardboard sleeves. The tabs/labels can be paper or plastic, clear or solid.
