PRICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICY
Service: Our aim is to provide the highest quality systems, and we will treat customers and competitors alike with respect, honesty and good humor at all times. Whether your priority is competitive prices, exceptional customer service, extensive product knowledge, a wide range of products in stock, a realistic warranty or fast and reasonably priced shipping, we will do our best to provide it all.
Our Best Total Price Assurance:
Please let us know if any other authorized dealer is offering lower bottom line prices so that we can give you the best total deal on identical items. We make this offer primarily so you can base your decision concerning where to shop on considerations other than price. We may not always be able to beat clearance prices or those of goods being dumped on the local market, but we will beat any genuine prices for identical items currently advertised for in stock items. Just send us the URL of the site or the written quote from where you received the lower price.
Stock: We carry a wide range of products and accessories in stock for rapid shipment, and can quickly import special order items from. If you have any comments about our customer service or can suggest ways we can improve it, please send email to: firstname.lastname@example.org.

Credit Card : Please provide the card information (card number, expiry date, name on the card and billing address if different from shipping address) by phone 1-866-357-4321, fax 1-240-359-4090 or email.
Check or Money Order:If you wish to pay by check or money order you can submit your order by the following methods:
Telephone Orders: Please call our Order Desk at 1-866-357-4321 or 1-240-235-0602 with your order information.
Fax Orders: If you prefer to place an order by fax, please send your requirements (Quantity, Part Number and Description) to 1-240-359-4090 along with payment method, your name, contact phone number, billing and shipping address and phone number (if different), and email address. Receipt of faxed orders will be acknowledged by phone or email.
Email Orders: If you prefer to place an order by email, please send your requirements (Quantity, Part Number and Description) to email@example.com along with payment method, your name, contact phone number, billing and shipping address and phone number (if different). You can increase security of your credit card information by sending two separate messages with the first part of the card number in one message and the rest of the number in another message with the expiration date. For example: 1234-5678-xxxx-xxxx in the first email and xxxx-xxxx-8875-4321 Expiration Date 00/00 in the second email. Receipt of emailed orders will be acknowledged by phone or email.
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover from within the USA and Canada, and International payment by EFT, Bank wire transfers, Western Union, MoneyGram and PayPal. Purchase orders are accepted from Government, Military, Educational, Religious Departments, select other organizations and Corporations at our option. Terms available on approved credit.
International bank to bank wire transfer payment in US dollars are accepted; please e-mail with any enquiries about ordering, shipping and payment from outside the USA and Canada.
Payment by Credit Card?
Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number if different from your ship to address (your credit card bank must have both addresses on file. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. We may use this billing address information to verify the credit card information you provide and to receive a transaction authorization approval. Additional verification may be required for credit card orders charged to international credit cards or shipped to an address other than your billing address. A valid signature on file and copies of the card’s front and back may be required before shipment. Credit card orders are billed to the credit card the order is received. All orders are manually reviewed and Solstice Technologies reserves the right to refuse suspicious credit card transactions or those for which we experience difficulty obtaining bank authorization. Payment by certified check or money order may be accepted in lieu in these cases.
Payment by Check, Money Order/Bank Draft:
Checks accepted only with prior approval.
Payment by Bank Wire Transfer or EFT:
Your order will be held pending until payment is complete. In stock orders paid for by money order or bank draft will ship as soon as payment is cleared by issuing bank. Orders paid for by personal or company check will be held for up to 25 business days for check clearance unless payment is made through PayPal. PayPal check clearance is normally achieved within three days. In stock orders will ship as soon as the check has been cleared. Please call fax or e-mail for more details.
US and Canadian Orders: Solstice Technologies ships from NY, ON, MN, CA. We offer UPS and FedEx shipping (UPS and FedEx cannot deliver to P.O. boxes), and are able to accommodate special shipping requirements if required. Costs depend on shipment weight, speed and insurance. All shipments require a signature on delivery. In stock items will be shipped immediately using a ground rate. You may upgrade the shipping method.
Complete Shipping: Our goal is to ship all orders COMPLETE within 48 hours; same day is our aim if the order is received by 3 PM Eastern Time. Orders received after this cutoff time may be shipped the same day. When you place your order we will be able to tell you when it will be shipped. If your order includes an item that is not in stock, your order will be held for shipment as soon as the item becomes available, unless you request PARTIAL shipping (see below).
Partial Shipping: At your request, in stock items will be shipped immediately and backordered items will be shipped when available.
All sales are final. If you need to cancel an order, immediately call 1-240-235-0602 or email for assistance. If your order has not already shipped we will be able to cancel it for you at no cost. If an order has already shipped it is considered a final sale and we will only accept a return under the terms of our Customer Satisfaction Return Policy. If a cancelled order was prepaid we will issue a credit which can be used for another order. If a cash or credit card refund is requested order will be subject to a minimum restocking fee of 15% of the total order. Please allow 2 billing cycles for credit card purchases and 30 days for all other. Please note orders that custom factory built and/or installed options are payable in advance and not refundable.
Customer Satisfaction Return Policy
Customer 15 Day Satisfaction Returns.
Please note all sales are final except under the following terms and conditions. We will make every effort to make sure the item we sell to you will meet your specifications and expectations, therefore returns within 15 days will be approved if you demonstrate to our Technical Support team the item does not meet our advertised specifications. We cannot be responsible for purchase order errors, operator inability, nor operator error. If an order was prepaid we will issue a store credit which can be used to purchase an item that meets your requirements. If a cash or credit card refund is requested order will be subject to a minimum restocking fee of 20% of the total invoice.
The following consumables are not refundable under any circumstances: software, blank media, media cases, ink and ribbon cartridges, polywrap.Custom order items, items with custom factory built installed options will be evaluated on a case by case basis and will be subject to a minimum refurbish charge of 25%. The item itself, all original shipping containers, packaging, manuals and original accessories must not be marked or damaged in any way. Items that are not in as-new condition may be charged an additional refurbish fee depending on the condition of the unit. Used and some refurbished items purchased are sold on an “as is” basis and not eligible for 15 Day Satisfaction returns.
Software that is not defective is not returnable under any circumstance. By receiving software, you agree to the license agreement established by the software publisher and we must abide by these terms.
The terms of the manufacturer’s warranty apply. Defective items will be repaired or replaced, but not refunded. Returns must be pre-approved by Technical Support. (See RMA Request below.) For more information about warranty services, please refer to the manufacturers warranty included with your order. You are responsible for all return shipping and insurance costs. The repaired item will be shipped back to you via ground service at no charge within the continental USA. If you wish to upgrade the shipping method, you may pay the difference between our standard method and the method of your choice. If you are outside the continental USA, you are responsible for all shipping and insurance costs. Used and some refurbished items purchased are sold on an “as is” basis and not eligible for refund.
All returns must be pre-approved. (See RMA Return Request below.) Refunds and credits will not apply to shipping, handling, credit card and finance charges, and you are responsible for return shipping and insurance charges.
RMA Return Procedures
Please call 1-240-235-0602 for instructions on how to get a Return Authorization Number before returning any items. Return authorizations are valid for 10 business days, and the RMA number must appear clearly on the shipping label with the return or it will not be accepted and returned to sender.
All original packaging and its COMPLETE contents must be returned in as-new, unmarked and undamaged condition, and at our discretion, restocking/refurbish fees may be charged. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements.
Please use a return shipping method that issues tracking or identification numbers and insurance, so that you can be assured that the item has been received by our Returns Department.

Solstice Technologies, Inc. reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. Taxes & Jurisdiction
Solstice Technologies, Inc. may charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within USA and Canada. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any Country, state or province.
Jurisdiction and Venue
You agree that any legal action brought against Solstice Technologies, Inc. shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from your use of or orders made on the Solstice Technologies, Inc. sites shall be an appropriate federal or provincial court located in Ontario, Canada.
