Automated Labeling of CF, SD MMC, and other memory cards
The LAB400 is a memory card labeler designed to apply labels quickly and accurately to flash memory cards such as Compact Flash or SD cards. Capable of labeling up to 6500 SD cards in an hour. Operation of this labeler machine is easy, the memory cards are fed from a hopper to the label head where a pre-printed label is applied.
Input hopper
The removable input hopper, which can typically accommodate up to 300 cards, can also be refilled without stopping the machine and because the input hopper is removable, it can be loaded with memory cards in advance. Additional input hoppers are also available.
The LAB400 Compact Flash and SD card labeler machine can be used as a standalone unit or can be easily incorporated in a production conveyor line. Designed specifically for Flash Memory, the LAB400 sets a new standard in labeling efficiency. Labels are applied in a fraction of the time required to manually apply them which increases productivity by up to 400% and reduces labeling errors.
